Mokelle Hines

Former KW Market Center Tech Trainer. Real estate agent since 2018. The person who builds the tools other agents wish they had.

I got my Georgia real estate license in 2018 and the very first brokerage I joined was Keller Williams. I was a dual career agent — building my real estate business while still working full-time in manufacturing. Things were going well until Covid changed everything.

When the pandemic hit, I stepped back from real estate to focus on my manufacturing career. Then my plant closed. That's when things came full circle — I was hired as the Market Center Tech Trainer at a KW office. I learned KW Command inside and out, built training classes around it, and taught agents how to actually use the tools they were paying for.

Eventually I moved deeper into the tech world, but I kept my connection to the business as a trainer and coach. I started developing my own tools, systems, and resources — things I couldn't find anywhere else. That's what Hines & Associates is: everything I wish existed when I was a new agent, built by someone who's been on both sides of the equation.

Licensed & Joined Keller Williams

2020

Covid Changed the Plan

When the pandemic hit, I stepped back from real estate to focus on manufacturing — that was the priority. Real estate went on pause.

KW Market Center Tech Trainer

When my manufacturing plant closed, I came back to KW — this time as the Market Center Tech Trainer. I learned Command inside and out, built training classes, and taught agents how to optimize every tool in the KW ecosystem. Full circle from where I started.

Hines & Associates

I moved deeper into the tech world but kept my connection as a trainer and coach. I started developing my own tools — production systems, website builds, coaching resources — things that didn't exist anywhere else. That's what this business is: real tools built by someone who's been inside the market center.
